Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Undeniable Mentoring (“Undeniable”, “we”, “us”) does with personal information when you visit undeniableeducation.com. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The short version. This website has no contact form, no login and no checkout, so we do not ask you for your name, email or payment details here. What we do collect is analytics: which pages you view, what you click, and anonymised recordings of how visitors move through the page. Those recordings mask anything typed into a field.
1. What this policy covers, and what it does not
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover:
- undeniablementoring.com, where workshop bookings, free downloads and any purchases are handled. That site collects information directly from you and operates under its own terms and privacy practices.
- Instagram, YouTube and Spotify. Following or messaging us on those platforms is governed by the platform's own privacy policy, not this one.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
None, on this website. There is no form, no newsletter signup and no account. Every button that asks for your details sends you to undeniablementoring.com first, and you are giving that information to the page you land on.
Information collected automatically
When you load a page, our analytics tools record:
- pages viewed, the order you viewed them in, and how long you stayed
- links and buttons you clicked, and how far down the page you scrolled
- the site or search that referred you
- your approximate location (city or region level), derived from your IP address
- your device type, screen size, browser and operating system
- a randomly generated visitor ID stored in a cookie, so repeat visits can be recognised as the same browser
3. Analytics and advertising measurement
We use two analytics services and one advertising pixel. All are enabled on every page.
Google Analytics 4
Property G-GWDRWT0F69. Measures page views, traffic sources and general audience trends. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
PostHog, including session replay
PostHog gives us product analytics, click and scroll heatmaps, and session replay. Session replay reconstructs a visual playback of a visit: mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and page changes, so we can see where the page confuses people and fix it.
What replay does not capture. All input fields are masked, so anything typed into a field is recorded as blanked-out characters and never reaches us. Replays are not linked to your name, because we do not collect it here.
PostHog's practices are set out in the PostHog Privacy Policy. You can turn recording and analytics off entirely. See section 6.
Meta Pixel
Pixel 3764217050513317. Records that a browser visited this site so we can measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people here, and show those ads to people who have already visited. Meta's handling of this data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy, and you can control it in your Meta ad preferences.
4. Cookies
These tools set cookies in your browser. Each cookie, what it does and how long it lasts is listed on our Cookie Policy page.
5. Where your information goes
We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for anyone else's marketing.
Information is shared with the service providers that make the site work:
- Vercel: hosting and delivery of this website
- Google (Analytics, Fonts): analytics, and serving the typefaces the page uses. Loading a font sends your IP address to Google.
- PostHog: product analytics, heatmaps and session replay
- Meta (Instagram): the embedded Instagram posts in the workshop section are served by Instagram, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies if you are logged in to Instagram
Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers store and process data outside Australia, principally in the United States. PostHog is configured to use its US region. By using this site you consent to that overseas disclosure. We take reasonable steps to use providers that are bound by comparable privacy obligations, but overseas recipients may be subject to laws that differ from Australian privacy law.
6. How to opt out
You can stop analytics and session recording from collecting anything:
- Browser setting. Turn on “Do Not Track” or a global privacy control in your browser settings.
- Block cookies. Block third-party cookies, or clear them for this site. Instructions live in your browser's help pages.
- Google Analytics. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Ad and tracker blockers. Standard blocking extensions stop both tools loading.
Blocking these does not break the site. Every page works the same with analytics disabled.
7. How we use the information
- to understand which trainings and pages people find useful
- to find and fix parts of the site that are broken, slow or confusing
- to measure whether our advertising and content is reaching the right people
- to keep the site secure and available
We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
8. How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained under each provider's default retention settings, generally 14 months for Google Analytics and up to 12 months for PostHog session recordings, after which it is deleted or aggregated. We keep aggregated, non-identifying statistics for longer.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and analytics data sits inside the providers' own systems rather than on infrastructure we run. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
10. Access and correction
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us at info@undeniablementoring.com.
We will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. Because this site collects no name or email, we may need details such as your approximate visit time and device to locate any record at all, and in many cases there will be nothing identifiable to retrieve.
11. Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at info@undeniablementoring.com and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
12. Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the tools behind it change. The current version is always at this address, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
