These terms apply when you use undeniableeducation.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
The short version. This site is a free resource. Nothing here is a promise about what you will earn, and nothing here is professional advice. Everything you read, download or watch belongs to Undeniable Mentoring. Use it yourself, do not resell it.
1. What this site is
undeniableeducation.com is an information and education site for business owners and coaches. It publishes free trainings and downloads, describes the UND 2-Day Workshop, and shows results reported by past clients.
Bookings, downloads and any payments are completed on undeniablementoring.com. That is a separate site with its own terms, and those terms, not these, govern anything you buy or book.
2. Results are not guaranteed
This is the most important term on this page, so it is stated plainly.
Rhys Livingstone and Undeniable Mentoring's results are not typical and are not a guarantee of your success. Your results will depend on your effort, skill, background and how you apply what you learn. We do not track the average results of our clients, and we cannot promise that you will make money or succeed by using our strategies. Your outcomes may be different.
Client wins shown on this site are individual outcomes reported to us. They are shown because they happened, not because they are representative. Do not treat any figure on this site as an expected or likely outcome for you.
3. Not professional advice
Content on this site is general information for education. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal or other professional advice, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account. Before acting on anything here, get advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
4. Free downloads
Where we make a training, playbook or blueprint available at no cost, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may not resell it, republish it, distribute it, put it behind your own paywall, or present it as your own work.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, downloadable files, layout and code) belongs to Undeniable Mentoring or is used under licence. Use of our material without written consent is prohibited.
You may view the site, and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, adapt, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches anyone's rights
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download content by automated means
- interfere with the site's operation, security or availability
- reproduce our branding in a way that suggests we endorse you
7. Third-party links and platforms
This site links to undeniablementoring.com, YouTube, Spotify, Instagram and other external destinations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.
9. Your responsibility for your own decisions
You are responsible for the decisions you make in your business, including any decision made after reading, watching or downloading something here. Business involves risk, and you accept that risk.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Certain guarantees under that law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, and nothing here attempts to do so.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows:
- the site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site
- where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant content or paying the cost of having it resupplied

How we handle personal information, including analytics and session recording, is set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookies are listed in the Cookie Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this address, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the Commonwealth of Australia.
